Co-location is the physical hosting of a customers server at one of our data centres. Network connections are supplied for all the servers, which are housed together in a server room, where they are environmentally controlled and maintained.
Caladan offfers a range of colocation solutions to suit most budgets. We have facilities in Manchester, London and Europe. Connected to our high speed, fully switched network, your server will outperform the majority of sites currently on the Internet.

- With some other ISP's, these items are often at additional cost
Notes:
- The racks are standard racks: 600mm Wide, 800mm Deep, 47U high. 1U is approximately 1.75 inches.
- Deeper racks (eg: 900mm deep) are available at the Redbus facility.
- Remote Backups can be provided at an additional charge.
- The contract for rental of rackspace has a 12 month minimum period.
- All fees are payable monthly in advance. A minimum of 30 days written notice to quit must be given.
- On-site engineers are available to carry out work on behalf of the customer, their time may be chargeable.
